Dark red colours with complex aromas of fresh black plums, cherries and caramelised sweet rhubarb along with smoky tones. Minerality from the limestone is showing. Wine has good structure and length. Alcohol 13.5%

2008 Pinot Noir

Sunshine flows from this vibrant wine. The lovely balance of fruit-sweetness, mellow acid and silky tannins linger in the mouth in the characteristic LIME ROCK way. Forest floor and savoury characters give the serious undertones to the plum, cherry, black berry-fruit and wild thyme flavours. Alcohol 13.0%

2007 White Knuckle Hill Pinot Noir

Dark red. ‘Lively vibrant fruit on the nose with notes of liquorice and spice. A dense palate with pure blackberry and very ripe dark-cherry fruit, coffee-chocolate and spice. Sweet, concentrated and lush in the mouth with excellent complexity and wafts of fresh raspberries coming through. The considerable oak is seamlessly integrated with satin-smooth tannins. 2006 Merlot

Vibrant red colour, the wine has the aromas and juicy flavours of sweet boysenberries, chocolate and spice, along with well structured tannins on the palate. This wine was bottled mid March 2007 and will develop to its full potential over the next 5 years. Alcohol 12.5%
