 Pinot Gris 2010

A dry style of Pinot Gris. with good acid balance and excellent with food. Partly fermented in older barrels and lees stirring add to the complexity and mouth feel. Pear, apple, peach, ginger, orange peel and spice complement the seductive tangy and mineral characters on the palate. These rich and long lasting flavours team well with food and the dry finish makes this wine an excellent choice when dining.

 Pinot Noir 2009

Youthful blackberry, cherry, plum and raspberry flavours abound on the palate along with notes of vanilla and spice from quality, well-proportioned oak. This wine shows a degree of depth of flavour in the mouth that is notably better than most of the wines in the tasting. Well-focussed wine on the mid-palate with tannins that are firm and structural. Long and sweet-fruited on the finish, this is a thoroughly enjoyable glass of New Zealand Pinot Noir.’

Bottle $35; Case Price $30 To be released soon.
