Merlot Kota 2011

Hand-picking and a judicious use of french oak allows the black bramble fruit to shine in our 2011 Merlot. Classically structured with ripe tannins and a bright detailed finish, this wine has aged gracefully under a controlled environment and has good colour, is fragrant and yet savoury and is an amazing old wine! Needs to be enjoyed on the day of opening.
