Youthful, fresh, varietal and vivid bouquet with aromas of grapefruit and mineral, apple and lemon, some white flowers and white peach. Equally fresh and delicious on the palate with pulsing, almost electric acidity and flavours of fresh herb, citrus and white orchard fruits. There’s a salty note emphasising the acidity and minerality. Well made, youthful and crunchy. Best drinking from today and through 2023.
